I engage in comprehensive, evidence-based care to both adult and paediatric patients across a wide range of language, communication and swallowing disorders. I regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and manage patients effectively. I value open communication and shared decision-making. Current caseload overview: articulation and phonological disorders, language delays or disorders(global developmental delay, down syndrome, hydrocephalus, cerebral palsy, ASD, ADHD), fluency disorders, voice disorder, dysphagia management acute care patients( stroke patients, traumatic brain injuries, feeding difficulties and swallowing including: cleft lip and palate, Moebius Syndrome, Pierre Robin Syndrome, Cancer patients) neurogenic communication disorders( aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia of speech), , patients with complex needs required AAC.
· Assessment and management of speech language, hearing, breastfeeding and swallowing difficulties in adult and paediatric in-and out-patients at a district hospital and 6 clinics.
· Provide precise and timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions and progress notes.
· Providing evidence-based treatment plans that effectively addressed the specific needs of each patient.
· Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team about assessment findings and recommendations for team discussion and further decision making.
· Establishing appropriate referral networks to tertiary hospitals and specialized education and care centres/schools.
· Engage in group therapy programs for children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays and barriers to learning.
· Promoted early intervention strategies among paediatric populations at risk for developmental delays.
· Developed strong rapport with patients and their families, ensuring a comfortable and trusting environment during sessions.
· Provide education and counselling to patients, parents and caregivers.
· Customize interventions for culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
· Development of home programs and patient resources.
· Providing in-service trainings.
· Provide promotion and prevention services.
· Submission of monthly data and quarterly reports.
· Attending meetings, including Speech Therapy and Audiology forums.
