As a Casual Sales Assistant at Woolworths from November 2021 to January 2022, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting store operations. My duties included replenishing floor inventory to ensure product availability, answering customer questions, and providing product solutions tailored to their needs. As an Education Assistant at Zuzile Primary School from August 2020 to December 2020, I supported teachers in various administrative and instructional tasks to enhance the learning environment. My responsibilities included distributing workbooks, textbooks, question papers, worksheets, and marked scripts to learners, ensuring that all materials were organized and readily available for classroom activities. I prepared mark sheets, kept accurate records, and captured marks to assist teachers with grading and assessment processes. Additionally, I provided administrative support by photocopying question papers and worksheets and assisting with other clerical duties as needed. My role required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers to ensure a smooth and efficient classroom operation, ultimately contributing to the academic success and well-being of the students.
