Additionally, I have considerable experience in the construction, maintenance and monitoring of tailings dam facilities and water treatment systems and possess an acute familiarity with environmental regulatory policies at the provincial, state and federal levels. My background includes supervision and management in both Union and Non-union/ Team based environments, utilizing good conflict resolution skills. I have represented management in successfully negotiating long term Collective Bargaining Agreements with unions in both Ontario and British Columbia. I am also very familiar with the challenges associated with Industry and First Nations, representing management in negotiating successful Participation Agreements with the Texelc, Xatsull and Tahltan First Nations in British Columbia.
