Phumlile Makrwede

I have been a tutor for over 2 years, have been a JSE schools challenge mentor for 2 years and a class representative for a year in the Bachelor of Accounting Science program, and in those years, I have gained leadership experience. This experience encouraged me to apply as a General Accounting I Tutor as well as a FASSET Bursary facilitator for 1st years in the Bachelor of Accounting program at the University of Fort Hare. I have numerous accomplishments that I have achieved over the years and being in leadership roles has helped me grow both personally and professionally. As I have been in leadership in almost all aspects of my life, the skills, values, and the work ethic that I have developed overtime are the defining factors making me different in this industry. The leadership positions held have allowed me to pursue more opportunities that grow me and have encouraged me to apply for this opportunity.
