• 🔹 Conducting time studies and process analysis focused on Value Stream 1, which manufactures heat shields for major OEMs including Ford, Toyota, Renault, and Aston Martin.
  🔹 Analyzing cycle times, material flow, and workstation performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  🔹 Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives, including 5S implementation, value stream mapping, and waste reduction.
  🔹 Assisting with Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) by assessing their impact on production, updating process documentation, and coordinating implementation.
  🔹 Updating process flows and layouts using Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD to reflect changes and optimize space utilization.
  🔹 Monitoring Renault’s heat shield production line, identifying modes of failure, and performing root cause analysis on defective components.
  🔹 Collecting and analyzing key production data (downtime, throughput, scrap rates) to support data-driven decision-making.
  🔹 Supporting production planning through line balancing and resource optimization to improve workflow and efficiency.
  🔹 Preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual work instructions, and training documentation.
  🔹 Collaborating with quality, maintenance, logistics, and production teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
  🔹 Contributing to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement projects and reducing tool changeover time through observation and process refinement.
  🔹 Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across all activities.
