I joined a group of friends who started a dream of developing a foliar fertilizer factory. We started from the beginning and had to learn several trades, the basics of electricity, mechanics, construction, industrial design and mainly chemical laboratory. And little by little, each one with different ideas, we developed different products. We even explored new fields of production such as aquaculture.

The company I work for is dedicated to creating nutritious products for agriculture most of them are organics. I am in charge of reviewing processes, planning weekly and monthly productions, increasing production to 70%. keeping a kardex of raw materials and bulk materials in stock. I also perform quality checks on products. I organize preventive maintenance calendars for machinery and the general order of the factory. I try to solve any problem that arises during the day in time, whether it be technical, mechanical or electrical installations.

In addition, I am developing a rainwater harvesting system to reuse that water, reducing drinking water use by 30%; and have the vermiculture project to maintain the category of green company.
Lastly, I provide motivational and technical training for all personnel working in the production area.

My skills than i developed in all these years.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Communicated clearly with employees, suppliers and stakeholders to keep everyone on same page and working toward established business goals.
• Monitored and analyzed business performance to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments.

When I started this new challenge, it was very exciting because it was all new, we were going to be the first technologically advanced sheep project in the country, so we managed the development of this project in great detail, from the design of the paddocks to the training of the staff.

I was involved in the execution of the sheep project, design of paddocks, corrals, insemination calendar and assistance in births and maternity area. I worked with various groups of people for temporary as well as permanent jobs. I helped train staff on veterinary care and first aid, birth assistance and care of nursing lambs. In addition, I was in charge of the corn silo project, harvesting process and filling of bags. I also fertilized the corn crop.

My role on the farm was to improve genetics, increase milk production, increase the number of pregnant cows, and improve the quality of milk. Treating cattle to prepare for calving. Developing a budget.

• This time was an incredible experience. I was part of the national program for testing, eradication and certification of farms free of brucellosis and tuberculosis. In this program I worked with several groups of cattle associations in the mountain and coastal regions. In the same way that I took samples from animals, I also helped to a certain extent by advising them on their management of dairy cattle. In addition, I shared talks about the importance of caring for both cattle and people with zoonotic diseases.
