As an RPA Engineer, I played a pivotal role in the design and development of our university's self-service student portal. • Through a variety of techniques and skills, I specialize in extending the lifespan of computer equipment, including laptops and desktop computers. From migrating to SSD drives for significant performance improvement, to cleaning motherboards to prevent overheating issues, and replacing parts as needed to keep the equipment running optimally. I also offer services such as chip reflow and screen replacement, which can save clients from investing in a completely new device. Additionally, I can add a second hard drive to laptops with a CD bay, providing increased storage capacity. My goal is to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to ensure that my clients' equipment can remain useful for many years.

• In my professional experience, I began by designing and coding the hour registration system for interns. Later, I was integrated into the Operations team where I developed the first version of the weekly grade distribution system for ECU centers. Subsequently, during meetings with the Ministry of Public Health, I presented a proposal for the resource inventory system. As a result, the prehospital care resource checklist (ambulances) and the resource allocation system for MSP health centers in the Quito area and Pichincha parishes were put into production.
