Hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level IOC/IODE Training Coordinator position. Ready to help team achieve company goals.
I entered the Navy since 2010, so I have a lot of experience in education and managing multicultural groups of people. As a Navy officer, it's very important to educate lower range military people in order to accomplish any assigned task.
As n Navy Officer I have worked as a researcher for the Navy Oceanographic Institute (INOCAR) for almost 9 years, so I have been involved in the Oceanography and Hydrography areas for that long. INOCAR is the National Hydrographic Service in Ecuador, and for that reason in the main representative to international organizations such as: the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), the International Oceanographic Commission (IOC), and the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), and for that reason I have been involved in those three institutions.
Since I finished my Master's Degree in Japan related to Disaster Management by Tsunamis, I was appointed by my organization to fill the position as the Head of the Tsunami Warning Center, and I have been highly related with IOC due the different projects, meetings and capacity building sessions, and for that reason I know and understand more about IOC/IODE, so I think I am capable to assume the responsibility of the new job.
