• 1. Clinical Care & Nursing Management
• Conduct comprehensive patient admissions and assessments within 24 hours.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain therapeutic and safe environments for mental health care users.
• Perform regular patient reviews and nursing evaluations.

• 2. Quality Assurance & Clinical Governance
• Conduct nursing record audits and emergency trolley checks.
• Identify gaps in care and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).

• 3. Legal, Ethical & Professional Practice
• Practice in accordance with the Mental Health Care Act No. 17 of 2002, Nursing Act, and SANC regulations.
