• Coordinate shipments.
• Classify tariff codes for products to be imported.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for merchandise entry and container entry schedules.
• Prepare AISV Contecon.
• Use SAP (create bundles, create items, enter prices, handle invoicing, apply discounts, process purchase orders for imported items).
• Send documents abroad (Far East) via FedEx or DHL.
• Coordinate national transportation, crew, and satellite locks.
• Request local and import purchases in SAP.
• Use ECUAPASS, Cobus, and Pudeleco.
• Manage supplier account status for payments.

• Verify with the shipping company the costs, requirements, and arrival for cargo release.
• Enter customs declarations into the ECUAPASS system.
• Manage international suppliers (USA - CHINA).
• Attend meetings on administrative and trade matters.
• Prepare letters for shipping companies, consolidators, and port entries.
• Use SAP (Business One).
• Issue electronic and physical invoices, purchase orders, and shipping guides.
• Conduct settlements.
• Manage the public procurement portal, Ushay.
• Handle invoicing in the system and follow up with clients.
• Perform physical inventory of merchandise and manage dispatch.
• Respond to emails and calls from international suppliers.
