  • I was a student, so I was mainly learning how to do stock taking and learning how to work in a fast paced kitchen which I adapted to pretty quickly. I was also working in all the sections, gaining as much knowledge as I possibly can.
  • Worked with chef de partie to learn storage locations of fresh ingredients for daily use by station staff.
  • Assisted other chefs with ingredients preparation in support of recipes designed by head chef.
  • Rotated through all prep stations to learn different techniques.
  • Developed strong multitasking abilities by managing multiple cooking stations during peak hours, ensuring consistent quality output.

I was in the school choir for many years at school, since primary school up until end of high school. I entered the school's talent show and won. Dancing is just a hobby that I can do in secret and I just love animals like dogs and wildlife.
