This is Julio, an entrepreneur Architect, BIM Modeler and 3D Visual Artist with experience in large projects, industrial infrastructures, high-end residential, public space (Parks, boardwalks) road design (Tolls and Road Safety), and urbanism. Work with imperial and metric units and manage design software in English or Spanish language.

• Lead a team of two junior architects and seven engineers, who developed the entire technical studies (From drawings to BIM planning) of this project. Also communicating and performing

• Acted as creative and aesthetic consultant for the design and renovation of 3 highway toll stations, a historic landmark in Quito, capital city of Ecuador.
• Designed 98 multi-family residences for a property development initiative in Los Chillos Valley in Quito, Ecuador.
