  • Implementation of the new loyalty program of the company, and the rewards plan for top sellers in 2014.
  • During 2016 to 2019, I achieved a cost optimization generating important savings, through successful negotiations with suppliers and focus on strategic investments which generate a higher return for the company.
  • In 2019, thanks to my successful results on administrative area, I managed to be the first male zona manager in Avon latam, breaking paradigms of a company culture that had existed for more than 25 years.
  • As zone manager, I achieved, for 2 consecutive years, being located within the best 15% zones manager with the highest results on the country.
