Intern in exploration campaigns for potential porphyry and epithermal deposits in southeastern Ecuador. Work focused on geological mapping of ravines and rivers, as well as sampling and description of igneous and volcanic rocks. Additionally, detailed analysis of their alterations and mineralization.

• Participation in soil sampling campaigns in jungle terrains in southeastern Ecuador, followed by geochemical analysis and interpretation to identify potential porphyry or epithermal deposits.
• Geochemical analysis of rockchips and soil samples using IoGas.
• Development of geological maps and cross-sections integrating all results from exploration campaigns in the southeastern Ecuadorian jungle.
• Participation in the "Libélula" drilling project in the Cordillera Negra, Peru, conducting petrographic descriptions of drill cores from a volcanic terrain potentially associated with an epithermal deposit.
• Execution of spectrometry and XRF analysis on igneous and volcanic rocks to identify alterations and mineralizations associated with a potential epithermal deposit, followed by the interpretation and analysis of the results.
• Participation in geological mapping campaigns and petrographic description of the volcanic terrain in the Cordillera Negra, Peru, aiming to better understand its volcanic history and establish the relationship between volcanic events and potential epithermal deposits in the region.

• Responsible for observing and reporting ashfall in Quito and the Checa parish, Pichincha.
• Reporting on changes or anomalies of the internal and external activity of the Cotopaxi, Sangay and Reventador volcanoes.
• Analysis and interpretation of seismic data for volcanic monitoring.
• Collection and analysis of samples of ash, rocks, and other volcanic products.

• Responsible for maintenance and organization of all the samples at the Petrographic Museum
• Teaching assistant to professors at the Faculty of Geology of the NPE, providing all necessary rock samples and thin sections for courses in Igneous Petrology, Optical Mineralogy, Tectonics and Microtectonics, Petrography, Mineral Deposists, Mineralogy, Hydrogeology and Paleontology

• Use of the Techlog program for the analysis of geophysical and stratigraphic data from oil wells

• Information gathering in the population of Lasso (Cotopaxi Province) regarding residents' perception of risk during the eruption of the Cotopaxi volcano
• Training on volcanic hazards
