  • As a MUN Delegate I participated in multiple simulations based on the procedures observed during meetings held by the United Nations.
  • I participated in a number of committees in different schools around the country and learned about the importance of communication and delegation, as well as the issues that affect our world and different way they could be solved through collaboration.
  • Simultaneously i was able to acquire a more proper and formal usage of both the English and Spanish language.
  • MUN requires a delegate be able to make claims and defend their positions even when said positions don't align with the individuals ideals or beliefs, that in itself taught me how to elaborate my ideas and arguments as well as to defend them logically and properly.
  • I thank MUN for allowing me to become more open to global ideas and collaboration, especially considering the simulations force you to meet and interact with students from all over the country and world all of whom hold different beliefs on complicated and often alienating topics.

  • Internships and jobs aren't common for minors in my country however I did work alongside an Aunt of mine in a veterinary clinic which was run by her. I did it so I could figure out if I was intended for that field, I found out quikly it wasn't exactly for me, that helped my divert my expectations towards finding someone that would fit me better which I feel I found.
  • This internship, although short helped me learn about people's day at work and how they operate

I have tried most every sport offered to me in my elementary years such as football, volleyball, boxing, tennis, karate, gymanstics, rollerblading because I really enjoy playing sports.

However none of those felt as right to me as Badminton did. It is a simple hobby but it is a sport I enjoy quite a lot and a sport that I practiced for hours on end every week and i plan on continuing to do so, its always important to have a physical activity that keeps you physically and mentally active as well as healthy.
