- Main objective is to oversee that everything in and around the Packhouse goes accordingly.
- supervising load outs to ensure that the correct stock gets loaded and sent to the correct customer
- In charge of all the cold rooms, to make sure that all export pallets are placed in the forced cooling rooms daily and also that they are then moved to the correct cold stores to be loaded again
- In charge of writing and giving out maintenance schedules.
- Ensure that admin stays up to date for Global Gap, Freshmark & Taiwan inspections, (Annually)
- To ensure that everyone who works in the warehouse is sure that they know what to do in their work position.
I am also in charge of hiring new people and then also making sure that they undergo the necessary training to be able to understand what is expected of them. - Setup annual budgets.
