I have a lot of passion for what I do in the Real Estate Industry, beyond all the books I have read on the subject and the principles I have learned in the theoretical field, the experience I have acquired in the field of working with great leaders in the industry, have made me a highly prepared person capable of performing functions such as analysis and appraisals of real estate, investment plans with high profitability, real estate development, and design. In my country, I know all the procedures that have to do with buying and selling, rentals, assignments of rights, concessions, and any other figure where there is a real estate transaction. Since 2011 with a break between 2012-2014 for missionary service, I have been involved in one way or another in the real estate and construction industry. My family founded a construction company in 2010 and during the first years, I was familiar with construction and especially with the sale of real estate projects, until now that I am in charge of it. I have been a seller and I have held the position of sales and marketing supervisor having one of the teams in charge of 5 and 10 people, we have had great achievements such as strategic alliances with some of the most important real estate and construction companies in the country, as authorized agents for the sale of your projects. I have also specialized in project management, obtaining a certification from the University of Catalonia, to improve hard skills that help me meet the agreed times with clients when they require design services and improvements in their homes. I use programs for project management such as MS Project and data collection and presentations such as Power BI. I am preparing to obtain the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification granted by the PMI (Project Management Institute), fulfilling all the requirements except for the current exam, which I am preparing for now.
