• Responsible for all maintenance on the farm. For example: Checking and fixing the fences. Operating the water supply. Maintaining of farm roads. Maintaining the fire hazard area around the houses and the store with the bush cutter. Clearing of side bushes on farm roads for vehicles. Maintenance painting on houses where needed (stoops, wooden doors and windows, fire places, etc). Maintaining all inside and outside the houses (roof, taps, toilets, etc). Painting of gates. Cleaning of water trough. Working in and cleaning store, equipment and vehicles. Go and assist the farm manager if and when he needs help with pulling a sun pump, help with the milk goats or whatever he needs done. Attend to other tasks as well as they arrise.

• Everything related to the knife making process. Marking and cutting knife profiles out of steel. Profiling different knife types. Cutting all handle materials and profiling it. Grinding and sanding of all materials. Heat treatment. Blade tempering. Knife sharpening.

• Responsible for quality control of woodstock, paint, production equipment, as well as safety equipment. Also responsible for quality control on each manufacturing department. Inspections on production equipment and reporting defects and breakdowns to Maintenance Manager for fixing. Monitoring factory safety hazards and equipment. Cutting of different required profiles on CNC Machine. As well as cutting different required profiles on 6 Head Molder. Operating Forklift from time to time. Chairing production meetings.

Responsible for monitoring of security officers, equipment and stations. Communication with clients to make sure they are satisfied with the security officers ans the service the company are providing.

Responsible for equipment and supervising staff. Also collections of client payments.
