Sell tourist packages to the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador.
This work involves responding to phone calls, emails or messages from the web page and social media .
I also coordinated and booked accommodations and tours depending on the category of the package (economic, tourist, superior or luxury tourist).

Information center for the Otavalo Hotel in the province of Imbabura, but it could also provide information and sell the rest of the hotels in the hotel chain.
Receive tourists and corporate clients.
Billing, audits and general administration of tourist agency accounts.

Respond to emails and calls providing general information.
Create the profile of each patient into the company's software.
Direct calls to the correct departments and extensions (pre-op, post-op, front desk, etc)

I had to be sure each dietitian on shift has a full schedule of patients.
Call the different patients/referrals to set appointments.
For current patients, I called them when they are checked out after seeing the Dietitian and offer a new appointment based on the suggested follow-up time by the Dietitian.
Receive incoming calls from patients who want to reschedule their appointments and help them.
Make sure the patients have all the necessary paperwork and the approval to be seen (valid authorization)
Create the patient's charts in our software systems (Zoho and Tebra).

Continue providing authorizations or referrals to the appointment setters for them to schedule appointments for both new and existing patients.

The documents team examines the documents sent through Tebra and Ring Central faxes, arranges and labels them for assignment to appointment setters to follow up on.

Send the Doctors / Primary Care Physician (PCP) the consult notes to share information and work together to positively impact the patient's health.

Fax Medical Records requested by PCP offices, Insurances, Medical groups or legal inquiries.
