accounts, military, and aging of key accounts
● Established new Client procedures during multiple acquisitions
● Train new team members on all trade functions and procedures. Track their progress after their initial training and be
available to answer any questions they may have
● Process credit applications and extend terms to those customers who meet a certain criteria.
● Receive an average of 70 inbound phone calls on a daily basis from customers and employees from all business units.
