My CAM job duties consist of cleaning and maintaining the appearance of assigned NJTRANSIT passenger rail cars. Sweeping, mopping, and removing trash from cars and changing trash can compartments are a part of my daily duties. Cleaning toilets, sanitizing toilet compartments, and restocking supplies as needed on assigned rail cars are also required to maintain daily. The main goal is to provide the NJTransit everyday passengers with a clean comfortable commute back and forth to their destinations.

Shipt is a phone application shop and delivery job that provided service to individuals who ordered groceries or different miscellaneous items though the Shipt application on a daily basis. The job required picking up and or shopping for customers at various stores of their choice on the Shipt application, and delivering in a safe and timely manner to the customer homes or given destinations. You must be able to communicate effectively with each customer to coordinate delivery times and provide recommendations regarding merchandise and pricing upon request, when using the Shipt application. Develop and maintain knowledge about products and shopping/delivery protocols providing an exceptional customer service experiences. Ensure deliveries are accurate and delivered at the beginning of delivery windows to exceed customer expectations. Work at consistently receiving a perfect rating score in the app due to customer service and communication skills.

Amazon Flex was a phone application delivery job that provided service to individuals who ordered groceries or different miscellaneous items though the Amazon application on a daily basis. The job required that you should be good at managing time and handling tasks when picking up delivery packages or groceries from different Amazon Hub locations that you were assigned to retrieve from. You needed

the physical endurance perform your job duties carrying items from the pickup locations, load your car, then begin delivering door to door making sure items reaches their destination in a safe and secure way.

Before you begin your journey it was important to plan an efficient driving routes while driving safely to each destination. You must be able to communicate effectively with each customer while providing an exceptional customer service experiences. Finding it important to pay attention to detail, which the customer may have had instructions on where and how they would have wanted their orders delivered. Make sure to check your app after all delivery's are made to make sure that all assignments are finished, or there's no other routes that can be picked up for extra pay.
