Christiaan Bothma

My family lived on farms across South Africa, moving between small towns and cities before settling in my hometown, Mossel Bay. I am an aspiring architectural professional seeking a full-time role that presents engaging design challenges and opportunities for growth. Through my studies at NMU, I have developed proficiency in architectural and rendering software, conceptual and technical drawing, and both digital and physical model-making. As a reflection of what I value most, I contribute to collaborative work environments with strong communication, organisation, and a commitment to cultivating creativity and individual expression. My main interests in architecture are in climate and ecological sustainability and cultural vernacular design, though I am equally curious about other areas and strive to learn more about them.
