  • Design, manage and implement all activities and administrative functions of the National Office under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
  • Design, coordinate, promote and host of on average, 2 - 3 HPCSA and SACE accredited conferences / workshops per annum for ADHASA. The income from which raised more than 55% of total income generated by ADHASA in 2017 and 2018.
  • Launched Regional Conferences in 2017 (Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth)
  • Design, coordinate and implement all awareness, marketing and advertising material for ADHASA activities on Facebook, mailing list, website and to the media.
  • Secured 2 additional 3-year grants for the ADHASA Soweto Help Desk.
  • Wrote and coordinated all proposals and reports and managed all donor interactions.
  • Provided the concept and proposal to secure an initial 1-year grant to provide training and awareness to Early Childhood Development practitioners and Mobile Clinic staff in 3 previously disadvantaged mining areas in Gauteng (2019).
  • Provide email, telephonic and face to face counselling, referrals to specialists and other support to people contacting ADHASA.
  • Secured a printing sponsorship from Konica Minolta to print all ADHASA print material (2018)
  • Secured R120 000 in endorsement fees for 2019. A 50% increase on 2018.
  • Conducted television interviews and numerous radio interviews on behalf as ADHASA, and in my personal capacity as a parent of a child with ADHD. Liaise with the media to facilitate all print, radio and television interviews for ADHASA.
  • Coordinated training for over 1000 educators as part of the GDE Focus Weeks held in 2015 & 2016. This included submission of all tender documents, reporting and development of training material.
  • Provide support to and promotion of volunteer regional bodies as needed.
  • Applied for and secured LOTTO funding in 2012
