Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of international experience delivering large-scale hydropower, dams, and infrastructure projects across Latin America and Europe. Specialized in managing the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and due diligence to detailed design, rehabilitation, and commissioning of assets up to 3,600 MW.

I have led multidisciplinary and multicultural teams on technically complex projects involving tunnels, electromechanical systems, dam safety, hydraulic structures, and risk management, working with public utilities, private developers, and multilateral institutions such as IDB and CABEI.

I hold multiple Master’s degrees in Project Management, BIM Management, and Dams Operation & Safety, and I am currently completing a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. I am a PMP®-certified professional and Building SMART BIM Professional, with strong capabilities in digital engineering, BIM coordination, and project governance.

Fluent in English (C2) and Spanish (native), with Italian (B1), I bring a strong international mindset, structured decision-making, and the ability to deliver results in highly regulated and technically demanding environments.

In addition, I practice indoor cycling on a regular basis, supporting resilience, consistency, and effective stress management, enabling sustained performance under tight deadlines and high-responsibility roles.
