I started to work at a very young age in 2008 I was 17 years old i just matriculated and started as a cashier,then a admin clerk ,order clerk and then a floor manager in 2011 and in 2018 a Fresh service department manager till current 2025 with extra duties for one year now as a( acting store manager)
I would like to describe myself i am very loyal, respect full ,hardworking and honest i have a big heart and a soft side but i can be firm and respect staff ,i believe to earn respect and trust from staff you must treat staff with respect first and they will respect you in return ,but you must still be firm so that they know who is in charge ,i also believe when giving out instructions inspect what instructions have been given or the work wont be done ,hold staff accountable ,i have worked for a lot of different owners and i learned a lot from each one over the years.

I also do weekly service department stocktakes i do the whole stock take by myself with my teams counting for me
i do the downloading and capturing ,analyzing the stocktake sheets,then the Red Redport to analyze Gp's achieved for the week.
I have also been part of two Annual Stocktakes for the entire store.
I also do staff shift scheduling for the month where i plan monthly staff rosters for 8 departments currently.
I also do staff leave schedules ,i also do the work interviews for the new staff.And i also renew and do staff contracts for new employee's.
