Design and construction of a 243m2 country house for an art collector where details like sculptural nets and corten steel elements for gardens were carefully designed in conjunction with plants and works of art.

• Work as a sculpture teacher is a kind of experience that is always a path of continuous discovery of materials, different ways of work, and personalities of students. It keeps a strong sense of what working with power tools means in terms of security, effort and artistic outputs, and, in the other side, it sharps the delicate feeling of working with small volumes and manual tools, both for the student and the teacher.
• My methodology focuses on four aspects: first, the approaching to the material. Second, the knowledge of the tools. Third, the use of drawing, and four, the work in three dimensions, which is the more challenging discovery of a sculpture student.

Commissioned artwork of public sculpture for Qorner skyscraper atrium. With 3 meters tall, 5 meters in front and 2.5 meters in depth, made of painted steel, is located in a vibrant neighborhood of the downtown zone in Quito.
