My goal as a teacher is to promote a learner-centered approach. I aim to not only teach but also to guide students toward discovering answers on their own. This approach helps young learners become critical thinkers, independent problem solvers, and confident in sharing their ideas and perspectives. I believe that teaching is a reciprocal process, where I can also learn from my students. As a teacher, I embrace lifelong learning.
Respect for diversity and inclusivity is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I strive to teach with compassion, showing care for each learner through my actions. The main mission is to inspire all my students, regardless of their background, and to ensure they reach their full potential.
