Back in my teens, my father introduced to this healthy sport, jogging, where we used to go to the nearest park to jog over an hour and since then I do it. Nowadays, due to work I do not do it everyday anymore. I prefer jogging mostly on weekends to weekdays, however, If I have a dayoff I do it.
My mother has always been a hard worker. I had to learn to defend myself in the kitchen so I don't starve to dead. At the beginning, it was just survival skills but now I am pretty confident I can prepare decent food. My mother, during her free time, used to teach cook and I am very thankful to her.
