• Lead the Visual Merchandising team, made up of four people, located in the key cities of the country.
• Establish and adapt the display guidelines based on the monthly income flows of the product for each season, to generate impact and increase sales in Retail, ensuring the correct presence of the brand in all touchpoints.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly schedule of activities for visual merchandisers, supervising their compliance, in order to ensure coverage of all points of sale nationwide, around 70 stores, between Direct stores, Outlets and Multibrand points of sale.
• Provide periodic training sessions to visual merchandisers on the field, store managers and sale assistants about the Visual Merchandising strategies and styling updates, according to the new season trend.
• Review the sales follow-up together with the Business Planners to take corrective actions inside the point of sale.
• Define and plan together with the Marketing team the product displays and space distribution for different events and activations.
• Elaborate outfits and looks for mannequins and styling productions, following updated trends of styling and fashion, aligned with the brand identity.
• Plan and distribute space in refits and store openings, in order to place the brand categories in the appropriate space, with the ideal furniture stocking for the assigned amount of stock, according to the store's strategy.
• Advise the client in the context of fashion to conclude their purchase
• Support the merchandising of the store based on basic principles and guidelines of the brand
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients.
